Intermediate hostel programs: structure your child can grow in
The Graviity Cloud hostel converts entrance preparation from willpower into schedule: faculty-supervised evening and morning study, resident wardens, a fixed weekly menu, scheduled parent calls and planned visit days. All six course tracks — MPC, BiPC, MEC and CEC with their entrance coaching — are available as hostel programs.
What the hostel program includes
- Faculty-supervised evening and early-morning study hours — subject teachers available for doubts, not just wardens.
- Resident wardens, entry/exit logging, visitor verification and corridor CCTV.
- Weekly menu displayed in advance; parents can see the kitchen during visits.
- Scheduled phone-call system plus emergency contact through the warden any time.
- Planned visit days, with unannounced working-hours visits accommodated through the warden's office.
- Medical arrangements: on-campus first aid, tie-up hospital, immediate parent notification, staff accompaniment.
Why parents choose this program
- Check our 15-point hostel checklist against this campus in person — we encourage it.
- Hostel boarding is itemised separately on the written fee sheet for a clean day-scholar comparison.
- A child can shift between day scholar and hostel mid-year, subject to seats — the academics are identical.

Frequently asked questions
Are hostel study hours supervised?
Yes. Evening and early-morning study hours run on a fixed schedule with faculty supervision, so entrance-exam preparation continues beyond class hours.
How do parents talk to their child?
Through a scheduled phone-call system on fixed days and times, plus emergency contact through the warden at any time. The exact schedule is shared at admission.
What food is served in the hostel?
A weekly vegetarian-forward menu designed for students, displayed in advance. Parents can review the menu during the campus visit and see the kitchen.
How is safety managed?
Resident wardens, entry/exit logging, visitor verification, corridor CCTV and an anti-ragging policy. Ask for the full safety walkthrough during your campus visit.
What happens if a student falls sick?
First aid on campus, a tie-up hospital nearby, and immediate parent notification. A staff member accompanies the student for any medical visit.
How often can parents visit?
On scheduled visit days, typically fortnightly, plus by appointment. Unannounced visits within working hours can be arranged through the warden's office.
Can a day scholar shift to the hostel mid-year?
Yes, subject to seat availability. The academic program is identical, so the shift is administrative.
Is the hostel suitable for students from districts like Warangal or Karimnagar?
Yes — a large share of our hostel students come from Telangana districts. The scheduled call system and visit days are designed for families who live outside Hyderabad.
